As all sessions are virtual, if required, I can provide a mailing address. Most documents however are best sent digitally.
Hours: Monday 8-4 and Tuesday 8-4 is virtual online TeleHealth Counselling. If necessary, I will add Wednesday 8-12 .
* Effective May 8th, 2023, my practice will be virtual TeleHealth Counselling only. The pandemic taught me that it is as effective as in person therapy. It has become more of a preference, rather than a therapeutic necessity for in-person work. As I celebrate 40 years in practice as a psychologist in July, 2023, shifting to virtual work will allow me to still do what I love, and create other online programs and workshops.
